No we don't "require". There is a setting in settings.pro to use that can be
set to use the latest features. The default behavior is to use the header
file in myth and to only use 0.1.9 functionality.
In this and the previous patch I was careful to make sure we maintained
compatibility with 0.1.9.

At some point if 0.2 ever gets released then we can make a call as to what
base functionality we want to support.
