[mythtv] [PATCH] MythMusic Compilation Artist patch (still has a couple issues)

Hi,

Attached is the latest version of my Compilation Artist patch.

I think it is almost ready for CVS, but there are a couple of minor 
outstanding issues that I still need to resolve.

These are:
  - Metadata editor currently writes the Musicbrainz Album Artist TXXX 
comment field on each edit for MP3 files. Should only have one copy of 
this frame/description combo in the ID3.
  - Metadata editor currently does not update files for OggVorbis.
  - Metadata editor is untested for FLACs (not had time yet).

I've rejigged the metadata editor via music-ui.xml to fit in the 
compilation stuff properly. Not sure if I've done it correctly/theme 
compilations etc.

This patch will likely not do much for people with existing collections, 
so I envisage a few contrib bash/perl scripts for fixing up your audio 
collections neatly.

It may be that this patch is too large for the 0.17 release (it's over 
100K uncompressed).

Hopefully despite the issues above, people will be able to help me spot 
any problems with the patch in general. I'll fix the above, but wanted 
to get something onto the list for feedback.

(I'm especially interested in any extended character ID3 Tags (e.g. UTF8 
kinda thing).
