[mythtv] request: OSX mythfrontend and winmyth for CVS backend

Sorry, i must have missed this mail, better late than never :)
Winmytht is not my project, but it uses the dshow filters i wrote and those
are the one that need to support the backend protocol properly.
And yes, i try to keep the dsmyth cvs working for cvs releases of mythtv
since i use them myself.

I know there have been others requesting precompiled versions of the filters
for cvs releases of mythtv so maybe i shoud do that.
The question is what kind of version numbering i shoud use, maybe dates when
it was compiled or something.
The file releases woud be from whatever is in cvs, so it coud contains some
problems and/or new features that have not been tested very much.
