[mythtv] wrong colors and aspect ratio in preview window of Watch Recordings

I believe I built it correctly. Everything else works as expected. This
is on AMD64 in 32bit mode, properly installed nVIDIA binary drivers,
Debian etch, recent Myth SVN...
