Yay! ASCII-Betical sorting rears it's ugly head.

I believe this sorting is done in the SQL, in which case a simple
"ORDER BY LOWER(title)" (Or the equivalent) would solve this problem.

If it's being done in the backend, however, it could mean "Optimising"
the sort routine to sort lower-cased, but preserve case for display.
