That hack is definitely required for DTS. If I remove it then the sound
plays fine for about 5-10 seconds, then stutters constantly. I tried this
a couple of days ago when merging mine & your patches.

I'll have a look in SetupAudioStream to see if there's anything I can do
there to make it work.
