[mythtv] Problem with MythWeb SVN

You might want to make sure the php mysql extension is
enabled for apache2 in the file:

/etc/php4/apache2/php.ini

Look to make sure the following line is either
uncommented or added and restart apache:

extension=mysql.so

This fixed a blank page problem for me.
