[mythtv] Why Not MPEG-2 Encoding?

    Maybe 3 years ago this statement was true, but it isn't now.  ffmpeg 
can real-time encode 720x480 at 29.97 to MPEG2-PS without a problem on a 
modern PC.  Heck, I can can even decode mpeg2 and convert it to very 
high quality xvid faster than real time with plenty of CPU left to do 
other things on my machine.
