I'm not completely sure, but I don't think the code that does "Full Scan (Tuned)" goes through CheckOptions(), which means that the frequency ends up being wrong for DVB-s (Due to the LNB LOF correction being missed) Unfortunately, I don't have the time or skill to track this down at the moment.
