[mythtv] DVB channel flipping hang

It works pretty well!

My next problem is if I start a recording then go into WatchTV, the 
recording stops (shouldn't be too hard to fix, it's 100% reproducible). 
  I have another capture card (PVR-150) that should be available for 
use, that's what's listed as card 2.
