If you have any inclination while you are poking around in this code, I 
would *love* if the scheduler could compensate for shows that are 
scheduled to stop X minutes off the hour.  For example, ABC likes to run 
'Lost' until 9:05pm which, on a one tuner system, bumps the next show.  
It would be great if the scheduler could know that the show runs X 
minutes long and it is within the threshold the user sets and this would 
result in the bumped show being recorded X minutes late rather than not 
recorded or recorded late.
