[mythtv] DVB Off air channels.(7104)

DVB off air channels are not working correctly with LiveTV

When you tune to an off air channel the check against the PMT kicks
in, but it still takes 15 seconds for the for the frontend to notice.
It then bails out of LiveTV back to the menu. If you then try and go
back in you get the following repeated over :
