I wasn't actually expecting this to get in.  When I find some time to learn 
the Myth controls/theme engine I will reimplement it.

I have opened another ticket (http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/237) which 
includes a patch to fix 2 issues.  The regenerated keyframe index being 
deleted by the jobqueue code.  And the incorrect use of the MARK_GOP_START as 
the position map for the transcoding.
