The patch is available in the regular place..

It needs a little tweaking and currently the dummy stream is always
1920x1080. And there may be some other rough edges but it should
basically work.

If you are in tuning to an ATSC stream it should let you change
channel if you tune to a channel you can't currently receive for
any reason.

If you are tuning to a DVB or cable DTV stream it should let you 
change the channel if you tune to a multiplex that has a low signal,
but may not let you change the channel if you tune to a channel that
is off-air and but the mulitplex has a good signal. This should be
fixed when we shake out the scanning bugs and are able to enable
table monitoring for these streams.
