[mythtv] configure patch to support all CPU types

Here is the configure patch fixed up to work against the latest
revision, r7019, to support more (dare I say all) CPU types
encountered by us over at Gentoo. This little bit has been
affectionately called "the Gentoo patch"... don don donnn! Sound
effects don't work great over e-mail..
