[mythtv] Why nuppelvideo mpeg4?

It is, but a while back there was a change in how mythtv writes mpeg2 PS
files and thats the cause.

If you use replex to process the file you should be able to get a mpeg file
that works in windows.

vlc plays most mpeg files, maybe that would work?
