[mythtv] Comm flagging not working CVS 18.20050409-1

I'm assuming you were watching a recording while mythcommflag was running
here, because mythcommflag should never call NVP::StartPlaying() which is
where audioOutput gets set to non-NULL, so these devices should never be
opened when doing commercial flagging.  Can you get another capture from
your logs and see if these always show up or if it was just this sample
you picked.
