[mythtv] mythfilldatabase failing today?

Actually, this IS a dev issue.  Mythfilldatabase should not destroy
perfectly valid scheduling data for "today" just because zap2it has
problems.  If MFDB fails to obtain data then it should leave the
program table alone.  That's a dev issue, not a support issue.
