[mythtv] 0.18 Choppy audio and video on some uk freeview dvbchannels

OK I've tried the -Os option and I still don't have sufficient
reources to do software decoding. I used to be able to watch live tv,
of play back recordings quite smoothly using CVS of about a week ago.

Sooo. I conclude that something is less efficient than it used to be!
