[mythtv] Fwd: Problems upgrading database

	I had similar errors on one machine, and got around them by
upgrading DBSchemaVer (in the database settings table) to 1081.

	In my case, I suspect the problem was caused by mythtv-setup,
the frontend, or the dattabase crashing half way through the
schema upgrade.
