	I think this is a good idea, but don't have any idea
how to do it either. My hacky suggestions would be to:

1) Copy the whole ring buffer (.../cache/ringbuf1.nuv).
    But since this would continue being written to,
    and will be deleted when you exit "Live TV",
    you would need to add a flag that was set when you hit R,
    and be checked when the ring buffer was going to be deleted
    (i.e. when you exit Live TV). It could copy the buffer then
    and give it an appropriate filename and recording entry.

    But I think this has big frontend vs backend issues, so:


2) Jump to the manual recordings page with the start time
    and channel pre-filled out
