[mythtv] audiooutputnull compile error

Hi,
   The newly added audiooutputnull stuff causes a compile error on my 
mac.  It includes headers that it doesn't seem to use, and which don't 
exist on a mac.

 > audiooutputnull.cpp:7:27: sys/soundcard.h: No such file or directory

I commented out the #include and now it compiles.
