[mythtv] Commercial Flagging?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to latest CVS (30/09/04) and it seems to have stopped automatically commercial flagging my shows.

I dont actually use the commercial flags, but my archive script relies on it to know a show has finished recording. (select ... from recorded where commflagged =1) (i know this is a bad way of doing it!)

If there a better way to determine (in SQL) if a show is still recording? i tried the lastUpdated field, but that seems to be 'touched' regually. 

Alternatively, can I re-enable commercial flagging?
