[mythtv] Wrong time of recordings when using PVR 350

Some of Chris's newer ivtv builds include patches for the Myth 0.16 source 
code also, because he's changing the driver in ways that may be incompatible 
with what Myth expects. I know ck100z doesn't require them, but there's been 
a 0.16 patch included in the latest ck tarballs for at least a few revisions 
now. Are you using that patch?

And just in general, nothing post-ck100z is really stable for everyone yet, 
especially for use with Myth. Unless you have a good reason, stick to ck100z 
at the latest for a stable Myth experience. This is entirely an issue with 
ivtv, not with Myth. Would be nice if we could get an official stable release 
out of the ivtv project newer than 0.1.9...
