Too bad. OpenGL sync is a *BIG* win for me.
I recently did a "yum update xorg-x11". After doing that, playback of HD
material was not near as smooth. Turned out that I had to re-install the
nVidia driver to get GLX back.
Without GLX/OpenGL my playback was not near as smooth. I probably did not
have RTC initialized correctly, so when it fell back to it, the timing was
off.
