[mythtv] FF and next keyframe do not work in latest CVS

I found the probem with Rew/FF... I had "seek to exact frame" turned
on. I turned that off, and Rew/FF now works.
That did not solve the "move to *next* keyframe" while editing the
cutlist, though.
