[mythtv] DVD iso image autoloader

It seems that I am getting a little ahead of myself...

The above was obviously a patch to freevo, but I included it as a 
reference point.

It would seem that xine can support: xine vcd://filename.iso, but it 
would equally seem that it (at least my version) cannot support 
dvd://filename.iso, so perhaps I was getting too excited.

As a warning on the scripts/loopback mounting front, make sure you don't 
forget the 2Gig filesize limits on some filesystems.
