[mythtv] frontend problems with current CVS

I didn't have time to get a trace last night, but can do so tonight if 
necessary.

With current CVS (as of last night, 5pm-ish PST), mythfrontend dies 
while navigating the recordings list.  It doesn't appear to be 
segfaulting, it dies with a simple "Killed" message.  This happens on 
both my master and slave backend boxes (both running frontends as well, 
obviously).  They're both Athlon-XP boxes running Gentoo (one ~x86 dev 
packages, the other stable).  Once I get into watching a recording, I 
don't have any problems.  It happens randomly when browsing the list of 
recordings.  Sometimes immediately after highlighting a new recording, 
sometimes after it's been sitting on one for a few seconds.  I'm using 
preview videos, not images.  Gonna try switching that tonight to see if 
it helps.

Anybody have any ideas?
