[mythtv] [PATCH] Mac OS X patch 26

	Endianness swapping in nuppeldecoder. I would like this to be
automatic (e.g. have NuppelVideoRecorder set a big-endianness bool
in one of the structures), but for now we just define SWAP_ENDIAN.
This is a reworking of a subset of some patches that someone gave me.
Possibly originally from Gregorio. Does not include the ALSA and OSS
parts of that patch. Only tested on my 0.15.1 working env.
