[mythtv] [PATCH] colored subtitles

Hi,

Attached diff displays the text color used in (Dutch) teletext/subtitle 
system. Furthermore, I replaced the black background bar by outlined fonts.

I noticed some irregularities for some colors (e.g. yellow). Related to font 
rendering?
