[mythtv] [PATCH] Mac OS X audio patch

Wow it sounds like Mac will finally have a usable MythTV frontend 
available. Thats great to hear, last time I tried I could only get the 
UI working and it got stuck on the streaming.

Thanks a lot to the guys who developed the great patches to help get the 
frontend to work. I will have to try them out this weekend.
