[mythtv] [PATCH] Mac OS X support for Mythplugins

Go easy on me this is my first patch,

So I compiled Mythfrontend on OS X on Sunday and have added support to
mythtv/libs/libmyth/mythplugin.* for OS X - this allows it to load Mythvideo
and so forth. I just turned the hard-coded ".so" values into some #defines
which can be set per platform.

This might be extended to the cygwin/mingw compilers -- their's would
probably be ".dll" and so on?

I've tested this against Sunday's working build and it also compiles against
the current CVS (as at roughly Wed morning GMT) but the current CVS doesn't
run properly for me on Mac OS X (not sure why - looking through the commits
it could be the audio patch???). Mythvideo was my victim plugin and I've got
a patch or two for that as well coming.

Let me know if there are problems with how I did this - I followed the
Apache guide mentioned a few threads back.
