[mythtv] Re:[PATCH] AvFmtDec defaults? (not working)

Wish the new patch was working for me, I double checked to make sure I was
applying it correctly but no go, still get the same error. Doubt a sample
would help since the error shows up with either my pvr250 card's output or
my pcHDTV card's output.
