[mythtv] v28 hdtv-recorder observations

With the latest round of patches sat-sun hi res HDTV appears to be
somewhat broken.  non-HD shows plays fine but when watching a HD show
not only is the video ~1/4th speed, but audio is running even slower
(all sounds are lower pitch, drag on, the old "slo-mo" effect.
CPU's running well below capability.  

I'm running off of OSS, rather than ALSA right now.  Using XvMC of
course.  Tried everything I could think of.  Possibly a timing issue.
