[mythtv] pre-buffer pause with "usleep with busy wait" timing

Pundit-R with 512 MB, 2,4 Celeron, 2.6.8.1 kernel, fglrx ati driver for
TVOUT.
PVR350 card but not using its tvout. ivtv 0.2rc driver from a couple of
days ago.

- Every minute or so I see a prebuffer pause in my mythfrontend logfile
and see a video/sound skip when it happens.

It also happens playing back pre recorded stuff.
PLaying back the recordings with mplayer or on my EPIA-M frontend works
just fine.

I'm using myth cvs from yesterday.

Any tips on what to try to fix this?
