OK. Thanks to Jeremiah's experimenting, I have now
got this working (I needed to have a QSqlDatabase loaded).
There is also an editor for the existing file if there are
errors, and a default file is created even if gui==false.
I think I have used the correct widgets, but note that
there doesn't seem to be a Myth version of some of them
(e.g. QLabel, QTextEdit, Q*Box), and I have not setup any
theming in the "fake" bootstrapping environment.
