[mythtv] [PATCH] misc. theme fixes

Hi, this patch updates some german translations in a few themes.
Additionally it changes the blueosd and defaultosd themes to use the
frontends setting of the preferred time format.

Hm, i remember having sent a patch to fix the later quite
some time ago but nevermind :-).
