You have the same with DVB where you can have multiple audio pids.  The 
others probably have AC3 or similar on them

I think there could be a "cycle audio channel" option which would do 
different things on DVB, hardware terrestrial card, terrestrial card, 
etc.  For normal cards it would do more swapping left right channels, 
etc, for DVB it does something more clever, etc.

Sound sensible?
