Isaac, I have have not been able to achieve this.
A MythDialogBox needs a parent MythMainWindow.
A MythMainWindow seems to need a context.
Creating a fake context is easy, but then when the MythMainWindow
tries to RegisterKey()s, it fails because there is no database.
Short of making horrible hacks in MythMainWindow,
I really don't see how bootstrapping can use libmythui.
Can anybody help me with this?
