[mythtv] mythfrontend segfault

When I try to play one of my recorded shows (using mythtv 0.16), it prints
Couldn't find a matching decoder for:
/video/recorded/1002_20041001190000_20041001193000.nuv
and then segfaults.  Here's the stack trace
