[mythtv] [PATCH] MythGallery - Auto rotate from EXIF, Movie file support

Hi all,

My first patch, so be gentle =)
The attached patch contains:

1) Small change to generated folder name when importing -
Samba/windows doesn't like colons in a filename, so I made it look
like "yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss" so that my wife could easily browse from
the desktop machine
2) Added support for the movie files most digicams produce these days
    - Importing now copies them over to your photo directory,
    - Thumbnails get generated using mplayer, defaults to image in
patch if it fails
    - Selecting an image will play it using mplayer (customizable)
    - gallery-moviethumb.png is just a place holder I took from the
FC2 Bluecurve icon for xine, feel free to replace it as needed.
    - Tying the display of movies into slide show is a dirty little
hack, but I didn't feel like rewriting the system for my first patch
;-)
3) Read EXIF Orientation tag from image to use as a default rotation
    - Rewrote to use the libexif library which seems more common
(available in package repos)
    - Uses configure/preprocessor to disable by default
