[mythtv] Upgraded to CVS as of an hour ago, lost fullscreen mode

I reverted back to these versions, and it all works normally again. The
problem is definitely related to specifying a specific width and height
under settings->appearance.  I would think you could duplicate it on any
given config, but let me know if you want me to run anymore tests.
