Correct.  I picked 750 originally to be about 30 sec. during NTSC or 
PAL framerates.  I realized that, if the framerate were significantly 
lower (during slow motion playback?), the "wake up" events might not 
come fast enough.  The lowest screen dimming setting in Energy Saver 
kicks in after 30 seconds, which is the time Apple used in their 
example code.
