So edit tv_play.cpp and set the speeds you want.  That's what I've
done for ages since I don't as many speeds as have always been there.
Or better yet, add a configuration screen to make them completely
customizable.

Didn't you read?  The new speeds don't correspond directly to the old
ones.  The respositioning factors will also probably need to be
changed again when I make the software decoders report the actual
framesPlayed instead of inaccurate framesRead that they have always
done.
