The patch didn't apply for me; there's something wrong with the 
libmyth.pro section of the patch.  Removing lines 33-37 from 
mythtv_timestretch6.patch fixed it.

Aside from that, it works fine for me.  I'd prefer to see a submenu 
with timestretch options, like the aspect ratio menu; an alternative 
patch for tv_play.cpp is attached.  Also, whenever new key bindings are 
added, a patch against the keys.txt documentation is necessary; I've 
attached one to this message.
