It was a bit early and I was thinking about the first character that controls 
the character set, the bold stuff you can strip offcoure :)

I guess iconv can do most of it, no?

Why don't you merge dvbsections and siparser, or actually just remove 
dvbsections?

Haven't tested it yet, since it would break my cam anyways, and there's 
probably a load of changes required for 5e, since it's tables is a mess.
