[mythtv] Mac OS X: no keyboard input

Hi,

I checked out a version from CVS this morning and did a build on Mac OS 
X, 10.3.6. After a "make install" I ran the mythfrontend application in 
/usr/local/bin and I get the first mythtv screen but the keyboard seems 
to be ignored. I can't run the OS X binary posted recently cause my 
backend is running a CVS version and there's a protocol mismatch. Did I 
miss a patch maybe?
