[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythfilldatabase for Belgian grabber

This simple patch adds the use off the <content> tag that is available
in the xml file generated by the Belgian grabber. Not sure if a patch
like this is accepted because <content> is not in the xmltv DTD but I'm
pretty sure it won't break anything for any of the other grabbers.
