[mythtv] MythVideo splitted movie problem.

Hi,

I've noticed a problem that is pretty anoying with mythvideo. If I have two 
files named 'Movie (CD1).avi' and 'Movie (CD2).avi', mythvideo will strip 
away anything but Movie.avi for both files. Now this is great for display 
purposes if mythvideo would concenate those two files into one automagically 
and play them in order (there is only one character in difference, which can 
be sorted on). But as we all know mythvideo only allows manual setup of the 
concenation, which is pretty hard when then names of the two files is 
stripped in the setup dialog. I know that it probably took me a lot longer to 
write a patch and submit it, but I just dont have time to even look at the 
problem, sorry, I'm deeply into fixing a driver issue at the moment, and 
don't want to be distracted.
