[mythtv] MythTV 0.15 Port for FreeBSD

My MythTV 0.15 port for FreeBSD is now available at 
http://mythtv.son.org/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=1

While most everything seems to work (recording, playback, live tv, etc) 
this is a preliminary port:

- This is only MythTV.  I have not attempted to port any of the other 
modules (yet).

- The port only supports one capture card: the hauppauge PVR-250. 

- The port is for FreeBSD-CURRENT.   I have not attempted to backport 
this to other versions of FreeBSD.
